Your details on these pages

• What you type in the form: your name, your phone number or email address, your message, and what you asked about.
• The page you sent it from and, if you came through one of our advertisements, the tags in its link that say which one.
• To stop robots flooding the form or the chat box, a code our server makes from your internet address, which does not show the address itself. It is deleted once it is a day old, the next time somebody sends an enquiry.

If you buy from us, what the sale needs: the agreement, payments, invoices and receipts.

To answer you and to find, price and sell you what you asked for; to know you when you write again; and to see which of our advertisements bring enquiries.

We do not sell your details, and we do not use them to advertise to you anywhere else.

The companies that run the system for us, only to do that:

• Supabase, where the system keeps its records
• Vercel, which serves these pages
• Resend, which sends our own staff their email — a notice to us can carry your name
• Cloudflare, whose check that you are not a robot is on the form, and which sees your visit to answer it

If you write to us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp carries the message under its own terms.

We keep your enquiry and your details while we are in touch about what you asked for, and for 3 years after we were last in touch, so that we know you if you write again. Then your name, phone number, email address and messages are removed: what is left says only that somebody asked.

If you placed an order or bought from us, or your company has an account or agreed prices with us, those records are kept as long as the law obliges a business to keep them.

An enquiry our checks take for spam is emptied after 90 days.

The copies we keep in case something goes wrong are replaced within five weeks.

Ask us to delete your details sooner and we will, except what the law obliges a business to keep.

These pages keep your choice of language in a cookie, and, for 30 days, the advertisement tags you arrived with, so that an enquiry you send later is still counted for that advertisement.

Signing in to your portal keeps you signed in with cookies of its own.

We set no cookies for advertisers or for any other company.
